The opportunity to not stop at three days of rest. The opportunity to spend the first two weeks of my vacation focused on people, memories, and experiences outside the gym.
I was determined to prove not only to myself, but to all my readers and followers that two weeks without exercise will not alter my physique or create drastic changes in my figure.

Instead of exercising I....
Decorated a "Christmas tree" with beer cans and red bull with my brother and my extended family
Took a tropical plunge at 7 A.M. - 10 minutes after I stepped off the 10 hour bus ride
Made swinging into the ocean pool at Aqua Lounge my day job.

Drank way too many vodka redbulls and woke up with 63 selfies with this pup who nerded out too hard
If we don't take a moment to deviate from our routines, slow down, and enjoy it- we could miss out on some pretty damn special moments.
